I am passionate about the business of real estate. I have been active in real estate since renovating my first property in Edina, Minnesota in 1992. A licensed Real Estate Professional since 2002, I am a real estate investor and am experienced with buying and renovating luxury properties.
I am a year round resident at the Ritz Carlton Residences on Singer Island. My wife Randi and I moved here in 2013. As an owner at the Ritz Carlton Residences on Singer Island I am uniquely qualified to represent my Ritz neighbors and potential neighbors.

When not busy working for my clients I love playing tennis, golfing, running with my golden retriever Gatsby on Singer Island’s beautiful beaches and spending time with my family.
I graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management in 1989. I spent the next 8 years as President of Holland Music. I co-founded GlassPath, an Internet Data Center in 2000.
